Mr. Bethke was born on March 1, 1919 and passed away on Monday, December 17, 2012.
Mr. Bethke was a resident of Spring Lake, Michigan at the time of his passing.
He was preceded in death by his wife Garnetta.
According to his wishes there will be no funeral service.
