Richard was a resident of Ionia, Michigan at the time of his passing.
Funeral Services will be held Wednesday, November 28th, 11:00 A.M. at Shiloh Community Church with Rev. Kenneth Harger officiating. Interment Balcom Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday 10:00 A.M. until time of service at the church.
