Phyllis was born on October 6, 1947 and passed away on Monday, September 23, 2013.
Phyllis was a resident of Muskegon, Michigan at the time of her passing.
The family would like to invite you to join them for a Memorial on Saturday, September 28 from 5pm to 9pm at the Carriage House Clubhouse, 1930 Carriage Rd. (Carriage House Apt), Muskegon, MI 49442.
