Duane Rizor, 66, of Bellevue, passed away September 11, 2013 at home. He was born in Nashville, Michigan on December 11, 1946, the son of Robert and Phyllis (Ruell) Rizor. Duane graduated from Bellevue High School. He was in the United States Army proudly serving in the Vietnam War. Duane, along with his wife Roni, owned and operated the Plezall Restaurant and Lounge in Bellevue for 38 years.
