Ronald A. Foss, age 84, of Lowell, passed away at his home surrounded by his family on May 15, 2013. He was born April 29, 1929 in Barry County to Ernest and Margie (Trick) Foss. Ronald served his country in the Army, being stationed in Okinawa, Japan. After serving, he worked many years at the James River Paper Company.
