Gloria Ellen (Packer) Low, age 84, of Wayland, passed away Tuesday, May 14, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert C. and Leona G. (Bennett) Packer, who owned Packer's Jewelry Store in Plainwell for many years.
