Victor passed away on Thursday, April 11, 2013.
Victor was a resident of Lowell, Michigan at the time of his passing.
A memorial gathering will be held Sunday, April 14th, 1-4 P.M. at the Moose Lodge Recreational Building of Lowell.
Memorial contributions may be made out to the family.
