Edward Wm. Nickels of Wayland passed away peacefully March 29, 2013. Ed rejoined his beloved wife of 68 years, Barbara who preceded him to the presence of our Heavenly Father on March 6 of this year. He was surrounded by his family in the hours prior to his passing. Born in Dorr Twp. in 1922, he is also preceded in death by his parents William and Priscilla (Sylvia), his brothers Joseph and Bill Nickels and his sisters Margaret Martin-Londo and Beatrice Lapham.
